My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #64
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
This morning a beautiful shade of blue greeted me when I went out to the balcony. From the smog present on the horizon it was understood that the anticyclone had now taken root on the central Mediterranean. The air stagnates and the smog, amplified by the numerous brushwood fires that occur in the city, creates a layer of air unhealthy for our delicate lungs.
After a morning spent doing many household chores, in the afternoon, I went down to perform my daily jogging session at the track of the municipal park of the neighborhood and I met an old acquaintance of mine who at the age of 75 still practice running, underwater fishing and other amateur competitive activities.
The air was made very heavy because two other fires developed in the brushwood of the increasingly abandoned in the decaying internal forest and among the palms in the external flowerbeds. In fact, the mix of water, burnt waste and dry brushwood raised a foul stench from the ground. I could have done more but, I couldn’t breathe well.
Yes, even today, despite the afternoon hours the sun was covered by clouds at high altitude, remnants of gigantic thunderstorms that had developed in central Italy. In the end it wasn’t so hot and if there was no pollution the conditions could be optimal for running.
Even today my look in the photo is serious but #alive because the continuous drop in prices of cryptocurrencies deserves proper attention. But in the end the important thing is that even today, for the sixty-fourth time, we closed the #iamalivechallenge proud to go head high and running.
Thank you for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report
