A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

It started to get hot very early this morning and I went down to run some errands. Today the battery of my phone is completely gone and back to keep it accessible only with the power cable plugged in. Not bad I ordered a new battery and it will arrive in the morning.

I just managed to record the very #alive jogging session today and take the picture for the #iamalivechallenge 65.

Hope your batery arive in time. But to spend a day without electronik devices is also not bad. Keep fit! Good work.

In fact, the mobile phone isn’t that I use it much. I make massive use of the PC anymore. However it is approaching the period of staying away for a while from electronic devices and diving into the sea.

Jop i did that a few days ago. It is great just swimming, sailing and sleaping under free sky. It was great.
