My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #72

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The heat cap formed on the city today has found an unexpected ally. An intense cloud cover mixed with sand of Saharan origin prevented the heat from dissipating in the vacuum. In the morning I went to do a service in the village.

After lunch I went down for my daily jogging session in which I managed to do four laps of the 1.5 km track that surrounds the municipal park of almost continuous running, interspersed with some walking breaks. Little by little, he’s picking up the rhythm he used to have.

Now the tiredness keeps me glued to the chair tonight but do not believe that I am not #alive. It’s just that today my #iamalivechallenge number 72 term a few hours ahead of schedule.
