My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #86

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The new heat wave, which is overheating the atmosphere of the city, is getting to the heart of the matter. Today at 19 degrees are recorded 30 degrees with a crazy humidity rate of 66%.
As you can see from the photo the buildings in the distance are surrounded by a slight haze that hides the details. This testifies to today’s climatic conditions.

At lunch I cooked my favorite dish roasted peppers that then I jump into the pan for a few minutes along with capers and black olives. I used them as a side dish for a small red steak and a turkey steak for a total of 200g.

Since I ate really well and I plan to go for a pizza tonight I decided to go down for a jog despite the prohibitive environmental conditions.

However, I went down on the race track around the municipal park and I had two unexpected positive surprises. While walking around the villa there was a rather strong and cool breeze that made my steps pleasant so much that I did three laps of track instead of the two I had planned.

The other great wonder was to discover that almost all the plants, which had been victims of the fires of recent weeks, miraculously survived. In fact, almost all of them had a new plume of green leaves. Which makes us understand how important it is to immediately report the rise of the stakes so as to avoid irreparable damage.

But, despite the pleasant ventilation, I still suffered the humidity sweating as if I was taking a sauna and you notice it in my selfie alive for the Iamalivechallenge 86.

Hello, the peppers came really very good and quite digestible. Slowly we are getting used to the intense heat and sweltering heat.
