My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #139
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
This morning the weather seemed to turn to the worst but then the good weather prevailed. The usual blue sky of Naples was disturbed by the presence of numerous clouds scattered disorderly through the sky.
Today I went to visit a friend of mine who lives on the fourth floor of the building where I live. From here you can see Vesuvius in all its entirety and estimate how far it is from my home. It seems to be at a safe distance as I claimed in the past.
After that I went down for my usual jogging tour but the weather started to smell suddenly and the first raindrops fell. So I had to go back to not take an unscheduled and early shower.
I made up for a bit in the evening going out for a short walk and to take a selfie for my iamalivechallenge 138. Even today I can be satisfied to be alive and to be committed to doing the maximum possible effort to do enough physical activity.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
