My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #151

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

After a night much colder than what we were used to I wake up very early in the morning. The colors of dawn give an unusual chromatic spectacle. The faint rays of the sun make their way through the ashes and clouds of high altitude.

This morning she was a great housekeeper while Gaetano did his homework. His school is already closed because it is the seat of the elections and will be until next Monday. After two years of pandemic the third school year does not begin in the best way.

Around 15:30 I go down for the usual jog. The air, even during the day, has definitely cooled down and the humidity is very low due to a constant intake of cold winds from the northeast.

Walking and running is a pleasure in these conditions and you do not sweat the proverbial four shirts. The foot is very trained and the effort is not felt at all. The stage of my iamalivechallenge flies away quickly and in short I reach 13k steps. Even today I am happy to be alive and thrive.

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
