My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2022- I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #158

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The ritual of observing the weather with which the day begins gives a clear verdict this morning: today will be another day of bad weather. We wake up directly in the middle of the storm with continuous showers predominantly thunderstorm.

At lunchtime the bad weather gives us some respite. The temperatures have lowered but warm and humid winds do not make you perceive the sharp drop in temperatures. Plants outside the balcony like this climate and have many flowers per branch. Moreover, too high temperatures lead to a proliferation of plant parasites that reproduce at twice the normal speed.

Another break to the disturbance occurred in the late afternoon and allowed me to go out to make end-of-month stocks at the supermarket also because I had to take advantage of the bonus resulting from recycling empty bottles of mineral water. You should know that in a civilized country like Italy there is no guarantee of drinking water coming out of the tap in your home.

At dusk the moon is on fire and peeks through a long trail of smoke from its hump. The effect was that after a few minutes in6 pair of violent sea storms hit the city.

Between a storm cloud and the other I found time to go down to do some evening services and to celebrate my iamalivechallenge number 158 always alive in the storm that do not discourage me indeed encourage me to find the right time to get off without doing a shower.
