My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2022 - This is the land of the sun. - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #159

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Even today a grey rainy day is announced, even if the orange alert, given by the civil protection, seems really exaggerated. There is a bit of wind but nothing so sensational or dangerous. Anyway I take advantage of it to do the housework.

After lunch the weather definitely improves and I have no excuse to stay in the house. I hurry to make preparations to get off for my jogging tour to the neighborhood common villa. Once in the park I do only one lap of track racing because I had already passed the 10k of steps.

I had to stop by to stock up on meds for the upcoming fall season and then move back to the supermarket. Inflation is definitely growing at a glance in the country and it is good to anticipate expenses so as not to see the money in your pocket swallowed up by the dear life. This month has reached 11% on an annual basis but I can assure you that you feel much higher than they claim.

Meanwhile, as I arrive at the supermarket, I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge number 159 with a nice selfie taken on the fly and with the sun in my face. A sun that has returned #alive and that hits hard on the head.

In the evening, the sunset comes with rusty shades that emerge from the gray clouds still present on the Gulf of Naples. The color is unmistakable and heralds a turn of time towards beauty in October.

It is likely that there will be a long period of good weather. You may wonder but how? It is already over autumn in Naples? Well, one song defines the city as the land of the sun. You’re right!

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.

Wow what a change in weather! Glad it turned out to be a good day to go out and attend to chores as well as keep fit. Inflation really hits the ordinary folks hard. Budgeting has become more important. Lovely sunset photos! Happy weekend :)
