My Actifit RC: Mar 5nd 23 - A vote for everything - IAAC #297

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Spring, meteorologically speaking, by convention begins on March 1st. The first Sunday in March was the first stable day of good weather so far. Some clouds have appeared with a cyclonic rotation that reminds us that the current phase of instability has not ended. However the show that gives the sky is from 7 full.

Today I was, like most of my Sundays, at lunch with my sister. She lives in Marano di Napoli. A city in the province of Naples bordering the capital of Naples that is half in plain and half in hill.

The appetizer was plentiful since my sister’s daughter-in-law bought an electric pizza oven and the previous evening had cooked a lot of pizzas that were left over.

I sacrificed myself with a patriotic spirit to taste the girl’s culinary skills and I must say that I gave her a fair vote of encouragement 6+.

In the evening, not having had enough I cooked myself a saltimbocca artisan half fried in a pan and half baked. The result was a very appetizing soft loaf and I like to vote 6.

Then I went down to throw out the garbage and to celebrate my iamalivechallenge 297. Even today, as yesterday I scored a fair number of steps and if I have to be honest I can not complain about the physical work done on the weekend and I give a generous 6.5.
