My Actifit RC: Mar 18th 23 - Saturday full Alive - IAAC #307
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Even on Saturday, the early hours of dawn, give us a wonderful blue sky even if the smog on the horizon is significantly increased. This is also thanks to the sirocco wind that is bringing desert sand in the air of the Neapolitan capital.
This morning I brought the computer back to my friend and on the way back she wanted to give me a ride but I preferred to go back on foot also because I wanted to benefit from the rays of the sun and the physical activity of walking in the countryside just outside the outskirts of Naples.
This afternoon I was home and as soon as the sun went away we could admire a very bright Venus below on the houses adjacent to my balcony. I have to get a tripod to better photograph the night shows in the sky.
In the evening we went down on the seafront Caracciolo that gave us a view of Naples full of magical lights that adorned the hills surrounding the city. The photo I took on the footbridge that leads to the islet of Megaride where the legendary Castel dell'Ovo rises.
At the entrance of the restaurant Zi' Teresa I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 307 before continuing for a long walk #Alive in the night in the midst of the hectic nightlife of the promenade Caracciolo.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see Youa meets at the next #actifit report.

I tried to compare the morning pictures and the evening pictures which one is the most beautiful. Do you know what i found out @davidxxl? Haha. You did absolutely great for the day
No doubt the camera is made to take photos in bright light... in the evening you have to catch the right angle, thanks for the compliments and on’t forget to be alive and thrive

As you can see, I prefer to walk a quarter of an hour than to waste huge quantities of gasoline for a kilometre of route! And it’s very good for the cardiocirculation.
