My Actifit RC: Avr 8th 23 - An alive saturday between storms - IAAC #322

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Opening the balcony doesn’t bode well this morning. I got up very late and I was facing an imminent storm, but what’s going on?

A violent depression with Atlantic sea polar air slammed the muzzle in front of the African anticyclone creating a powerful jet of hot and humid air that found cold air on the boot that came from north-East creating a mammoth storm front arch-shaped on Campania.

A violent storm broke out around one with violent buckets of water that fell mixed with hail is small size that raged for about an hour on the Gulf of Naples.

Around 3 pm everything is already forgotten and the sun began to dominate unchallenged in the sky of Naples giving me the opportunity to celebrate the #iamalivechallenge 322. It is so strong that to take the selfie I have to make the wink Alive.

The day was so beautiful that I could not resist the temptation to go down for a ride to get back on track after such a long stop. By the way the cold air cleaned the air from smog and moisture that the photos were very sharp.

Today I take you with me to take a tour inside this modern church of Naples whose construction dates back to the 90s.

The interiors have been recently restored and are very bright and colorful.

I don’t spend much time inside because the tour I decided to do today is very long and I got off very late. After skirting the town hall of the de Filippo brothers I reached this old ruin surrounded by a large forest.

Arrived near the hospital of the sea the sun’s rays began to lower considerably lengthening the shadows on the ground and showing more and more details of Vesuvius and in this photo is also much closer having almost reached the slopes.

The festoons for the upcoming soccer league of Naples begin to cover everything as flags sprout from all windows. The local team won away from home while the most direct opponents stopped.

Thirteen points out of twenty-seven separate us from the third national title now seems so made to forget the superstition of my fellow citizens. But in the meantime, I continue not to expose myself and throw water on the fire of my friends' enthusiasm.
