My Actifit RC: Avr 9th 23 - An alive Easter day outside metropolis - IAAC #323
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Today the sky gives us a spectacular day paying homage to the Easter holiday. After a few hours of sleep I am already traveling to Marano di Napoli because today we go to Castel Volturno to my sister’s beach house.
For breakfast I celebrated with a split banana made with cream ice cream and banana just a little ripe but very unripe. I must say that the taste was really very good and also suitable for the finer palates.
In Metro 1 it is already full of tourists. I by means of a sutured wound with three stitches in my mouth with a healing infection I need to wear the mask for my #iamalivechallenge 323 special #Alive Easter.
The means of transport today travel only in the morning and I am working to reach my half as soon as possible. Today, public transport is much more punctual than usual. At least we have improved on this even if there are lines in complete degradation. However, we must break a spear in their favor because they are among the cheapest in the world.
Even in Marano di Napoli the trees are in bloom and in the middle of the gray buildings sprout colorful flowers that bring spring to the city.
And it’s time to set off! Just the time to solve the problem of the joints in the hood of the car.
Cleverly entered the impossible in the car you left for the country house near the sea and here there was a lot to put in order and given the width of the villa I reached my 10k steps already before lunch.
The hearty Easter meal knocked me out and despite I started doing some services in the house it was enough to rest a moment on the sofa to crush a nap.
In the evening he returned to rage the storm but it’s time to spend the evening in the family obviously fasting because the stomach will take dozens of hours to dispose of everything.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see youa meets at the next #actifit report.
