Actifit RC: 31st May '25 - Training us to build the bridge to the future

On this extraordinary summer day of late May the metro is already quite congested in the early hours of the morning and, off the Garibaldi Tunnel, there is a lot of tourists coming and going to the central railway station.

At eight and a quarter the sun was already high enough and the temperature very pleasant but there was already a tendency to a rapid increase over time.

Immediately me and my son Gaetano we set out to arrive at the town villa of Villaricca large public park just renovated and equipped with equipment for gymnastics.

But to get there we had to walk about twenty minutes on foot taking some breaks to immortalize some local architectural beauty of the town of Giugliano in Campania.

Even if under the sun mil son did not hesitate to use the gym equipment while I supported him so that it always kept well hydrated the scalp not to incur a sunstroke given the time approaching the hottest hours of the day.

Of course I also started to work to face the costume test with more enthusiasm and pass it with flying colors while this morning fell under the blows of my blades the goatee that accompanied me during almost all the winter.

It’s quite early now and the town house is still not crowded so Gaetano gets to work to make all the equipment before other athletes arrive and has little time to train.

Even nature continued its path of prosperity in these days full of light, clean air and frequent rains that make the fertile soil and flowering this year really lush as never seen before.

In the meantime some friends of Gaetano have arrived and I have taken shelter from the sun’s rays too strong under one of the many trees present in the public park.

On the way back we changed again to get home and we are memorizing all the routes to get to that beautiful green place which is the center of our morning activity on Saturday.

Allenandoci a costruire il ponte verso il futuro

In questa straordinaria giornata estiva di fine maggio la metropolitana è già abbastanza congestionata nelle prime ore della mattinata e, nel largo della galleria Garibaldi, c'è un fitto via vai di turisti che vanno e vengono verso la stazione ferroviaria centrale.

Alla otto e un quarto il sole era già abbastanza alto e la temperatura molto gradevole ma già si avvertiva una tendenza ad un rapido incremento col passare del tempo.

Subito io e mio figlio Gaetano ci siamo messi in viaggio per arrivare alla villa comunale di Villaricca ampio parco pubblico appena ristrutturato e fornito di attrezzatura per la ginnastica.

Ma per arrivarci abbiamo dovuto percorrere una ventina di minuti di passeggiata a piedi facendo qualche pausa per immortalare qualche bellezza architettonica locale del comune di Giugliano in Campania.

Anche se sotto al sole mil figlio non ha esitato a usare l'attrezzatura ginnica mentre io lo sostenevo affinché tenesse sempre ben idratato il cuoio capelluto per non incorrere in una insolazione visto l'orario che si avvicinava alle ore più calde della giornata.

Ovviamente anche io mi sono messo all'opera per affrontare con più entusiasmo la prova costume e superarla a pieni voti mentre stamattina è caduto sotto i colpi delle mie lamette il pizzetto che mi ha accompagnato durante quasi tutto il periodo invernale.

È piuttosto presto adesso e la villa comunale e ancora poco affollata quindi Gaetano si mette all'opera per fare tutti gli attrezzi prima che arrivino altri atleti e abbia poi poco tempo per allenarsi.

Anche la natura proseguiva il suo percorso di prosperità in questi giorni ricchi di luce, aria pulita e frequenti piogge che rendono il terreno fertile e la fioritura quest'annata davvero rigogliosa come mai visto prima.

Nel frattempo sono arrivati alcuni amici di Gaetano ed io mi sono messo al riparo dai raggi del sole troppo forti sotto uno dei tanti alberi presenti nel parco pubblico.

Al ritorno abbiamo di nuovo cambiato strada per arrivare a casa e stiamo memorizzando tutti i percorsi per arrivare in quel bel luogo di verde che è il centro della nostra attività mattutina di sabato.
