Actifit RC: 16th June 2025 - Waiting for a summer break.
It seems that a wave of bad weather is approaching the coasts of the Italian peninsula but still the benefits of an interruption of the abnormal heat wave we are having these days have not yet received.
At this point it was necessary to thinning the crown since they were beginning to be excessively long and amplified the effects of the incredible hood of heat that we are experiencing these days.
Despite the great heat I did not stop physical activity and even today we take home 14k steps an important milestone to not lose muscle tone and physical shape to my 51 years.
And as the day goes by its last clock turns I send my warmest greetings to the extraordinary Hive blockchain pioneers who have crossed the lines of my daily Actifit report.

In attesa di una pausa estiva.
Sembra che un'ondata di maltempo si stia avvicinando alle coste della penisola italiana ma comunque i benefici di un'interruzione dell'ondata di calore abnorme che stiamo avendo in questi giorni non li abbiamo ancora ricevuti.
A questo punto si è reso necessario uno sfoltimento della chioma visto che stavano cominciando ad essere esageratamente lunghi ed amplificavano gli effetti dell'incredibile cappa di afa che stiamo subendo in questi giorni.
Nonostante il gran caldo non ho interrotto l' attività fisica ed anche oggi portiamo a casa 14k di passi un traguardo importante per non perdere il tono muscolare e la forma fisica ai miei suonati 51 anni.
E mentre il giorno fa le sue ultime tornate di orologio invio i miei più sentiti saluti agli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive capitati tra le righe del mio report Actifit quotidiano.
