Actifit RC : July 8th '25 - Back to breathing
After two stormy nights the sun came out again but the important thing is that now the weather is much more summer and less infernal and sometimes we can stay without air conditioning at least at night.
I meanwhile returned home after a few days at sea and returned to the reality of the city that is very far from the one I had on the weekend.
I brought a packet of leftovers from the sea and after a very long diet I must say that I deserved it.
The metabolism is now more accelerated after losing a lot of weight and I can get rid of calories better even if I have to be careful about excess.
My neighborhood has now gone on vacation and it seems to be more deserted than usual and despite there are almost ten degrees down last week the main avenue is spooky.
Meanwhile, a friend of mine called me because yesterday’s lightning storm blew up his fiber-optic router and he needs me to restore functionality after the technician’s intervention.
In the late afternoon another friend of mine also needed me to restore his server with Home Cloud again after his router had died following the terrible lightning storm that hit his area.
And while an enchanting sunset colors my evening with a thousand shades I greet all the extraordinary pioneers of Hive, the crypto social lighthouse of web 3.0 and bulwark of the most sfegatati creators of digital content of the future coming soon.

Tornando a respirare
Dopo due notti di tempesta è uscito di nuovo il sole ma la cosa importante è che ora il clima è molto più estivo e meno infernale e qualche volta possiamo stare senza aria condizionata almeno di notte.
Io nel frattempo sono ritornato a casa dopo qualche giorno di mare e sono ritornato alla realtà della città che è molto lontana da quella che ho avuto nel fine settimana.
Mi sono portato un cartoccio di avanzi di pranzo direttamente dal mare e dopo una lunghissima dieta devo dire che me lo sono anche meritato.
Del resto ora il metabolismo è più accelerato dopo aver perso tantissimo peso e riesco a smaltire meglio le calorie anche se devo stare attento agli eccessi.
Il mio quartiere ormai è andato in vacanza e sembra essere più desertico del solito e nonostante ci siano quasi dieci gradi in meno della scorsa settimana il viale principale è spettrale.
Nel frattempo una mia amica mi ha chiamato perché la tempesta di fulmini di ieri gli ha fatto saltare il router a fibra ottica e ha bisogno di me per ripristinare le funzionalità dopo l'intervento del tecnico.
Nel tardo pomeriggio anche un altro mio amico ha avuto bisogno di me per il ripristino del suo server con Home Cloud sempre dopo che il suo router era morto in seguito alla terribile tempesta di fulmini che ha colpito la sua zona.
E mentre un incantevole tramonto colora la mia serat con mille sfumature saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri di Hive, il crypto social faro del web 3.0 e baluardo dei più sfegatati creatori di contenuti digitali del futuro prossimo venturo.

It's a good thing the weather has improved and you can enjoy cooler nights without the air conditioning.
Returning to the city after a few days at sea always has its contrast, but surely those leftovers from the sea make the return more bearable.

Cooler weather is definitely a good thing, my friend. Congratulations on bringing your body to a better balance, that's excellent indeed. Regarding lightning storms and technology, yeah, they don't mix well. The last big lightning storm here destroyed multiple internet switches here, which I had to replace. Ah in that company fortunately, at least the switch, was saved. And it’s a good thing because they have a True Nas scale server with Next Cloud running on the local network.
