The new year 2024 begins and many promises of doing sports, because I bring you 3 types of bicycle ideal for you to enter the world of 2 wheels.
The bicycle is a great means of transportation and will help you improve your physical condition, as well as improve your mood and burn a few kilos or make your legs much stronger.
That being said, let's get started...

CROSS BIKE
This is the easiest to ride, since you just have to pedal. It is ideal for taking a walk around your block or going to the store for something. Its frame is generally heavy and can be uncomfortable when sitting since it is designed to stand on the pedals, just as MARIANA PAJON does when competing in BMX.

This would be the ideal candidate for the average person, due to its various speed changes, comfort and suspension, making it ideal for ecological tourism and passing through small rivers and mountains.
I recommend buying it with an aluminum frame, hopefully with front suspension and normal brakes, not disc ones, since this bike is not so much for speed.
Sometimes I go to the studio on my all-terrain vehicle, well when I can't take the bike out because of the pickaxe and license plate hehe.

This would be in the big leagues due to its complexity to handle thanks to its handlebars that have a curvature. It is an excellent bicycle for climbing and reaches high speeds downhill much more than a motorcycle, which is why it is important to put a disc brake on it accompanied by your helmet, glasses and gloves.
If you want to enter the world of paved road cycling, this is the ideal one. Here in Colombia there are good groups that ride these steel horses, and competitively it is the one used for the tour de France, the return to Spain and the Gyro of Italy (the big 3).

Empieza el nuevo año 2024 y muchas promesas de hacer deporte, pues te traigo 3 tipos de bicicleta ideales para que te adentres al mundo de 2 ruedas.
La bicicleta es un gran medio de transporte y te ayudara a mejorar tu estado físico, como también mejorar el animo y quemar algunos kilos o volver tus piernas mucho mas fuertes.
Dicho esto empecemos...

BICICLETA CROSS
Esta es la más fácil de montar, ya que solo debes pedalear. Es ideal para dar una vuelta por tu cuadra o ir por algo a la tienda. Su marco generalmente es pesado y puede ser incomodo a la hora de sentarse ya que esta diseñada para estar parada en los pedales, así como lo hace MARIANA PAJON cuando compite en el BMX.

BICICLETA TODO TERRENO
Esta seria la candidata ideal para el promedio de personas, por sus varios cambios de velocidades,comodidad y suspensión, la hacen ideal para hacer turismo ecológico y pasar por pequeños ríos y montañas.
Te recomiendo comprarla en un marco de aluminio, ojala con suspensión delantera y frenos normales no de disco ya que esta bicicleta no es tanto para velocidad.
En ocasiones voy al estudio en mi todo terreno, bueno cuando no puedo sacar la moto debido al pico y placa jeje.

BICICLETA DE RUTA
Esta seria de grande ligas debido a su complejidad para manejar gracias a su manillar que tiene una curvatura. Es una bicicleta excelente para trepar y alcanza grandes velocidades en bajada mucho mas que una moto, por eso es importante ponerle freno de disco acompañado de tu casco,gafas y guantes.
Esta si te quieres adentrar al mundo del ciclismo en carretera pavimentada es la ideal. Acá en Colombia hay buenos grupos que montan en estos caballitos de acero, y de manera competitiva es la que se usa para el tour de Francia, la vuelta a España y el Gyro de Italia (las 3 grandes).

Estas son las bicicletas mas populares en el mundo y por donde te aconsejaría ingresar si te quieres adentrar al universo que es el ciclismo, y si es así tu cuerpo y alma te lo agradecerán. No importa cual sea tu elección, incluso una estática, lo importante es pedalear.
