I was quite surprised to hear my friends from the northern part of the country talking about an earthquake today. At first, I thought they were still discussing the recent tremor that happened here in the Visayas. However, it turns out that there was also noticeable shaking in Luzon.
To help ease my anxiety, I decided to focus on my German lesson. Immersing myself in the learning process helped distract me from the worries, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment when I managed to complete the lessons perfectly.
