Living a healthy life demands a lot.
Yes, I walked for some kilometers today with and kept track of my movements through the help of my Android phone.

It's been ages since I attempted walking this far.
Truth must be told, my work schedule has changed lots in my lifestyle and introduced the office-to-office daily man in me.

Well, am not complaining, but grateful to God for the gift of life, provision and protection. It's him forever.

Btw, am Alive and Thriving. That's all that matters.
