My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2024

Oh man, today was a busy day! I got up early to prep for my daughter's birthday. We went out to the Mall of America!

They have a Paw Patrol playground over there. We waited almost half an hour to get in, played for 20 minutes, and she had a BLAST!

She did a good job waiting in line, too.

I even threw my son on my shoulders! Figured he'd like the view...

But real talk, I passed THE FUCK out this afternoon! Put my daughter down for a nap, figured I'd get a little time to relax, and then I woke up at almost 5:00. I guess I needed it!

Despite all this, today is day 7 of my #seven77 regimen. I still managed to get my workout in, despite all everything else going on today. I've earned a good night's rest tonight!
