My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2025

Today is day 73 of my #seven77 regimen. I didn't have a whole lot on my plate today. I took care of a couple projects, I had a few meetings, made a few phone calls, and I took my wife to a doctor's appointment. We did a little shopping after the appointment to grab some food for lunch. Kind of a low key day, which is nice every now and again!
