My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2025
Today is day 1 of my #seven77 regimen. Starting fresh with the same exercises and amount of reps. 21 reps each of pushups, raised leg crunches, and seated bicycle kicks. Still working at this level for now. I'm not quite ready to add another set just yet.
My kids let my wife and I sleep in, which was nice. I got up, made breakfast, helped my wife with the shower, and then worked with my kids to get some cleaning done in the house. My son did laundry, I did the dishes, my daughter changed up her toys, and she also helped me at the pharmacy picking up some medicine for my wife. She's such a good helper...
After dinner, I took my kids to my parents for the week, and then went back to my house. Construction is nasty right now, so driving home was a shit show. Once I finally got home, I played some more Baldur's Gate 3 with my wife before bed.
