My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2025

Today is day 14 of my #seven77 regimen. I slept in, then had a late breakfast with my kids. We played a bit, and then cleaned the house. I helped my son put away his clean laundry, and helped my daughter clean up her room.

After lunch, my daughter took a nap while I worked on editing videos for our little cable box emulator. We went over to my parents' house so the kids could have a pool party. I had dinner with the people going to Japan with me next month, then went home to spend some time with my wife before bed.
