My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2025

Yesterday was a difficult day for me and my friends. We left Tokyo. Maes Hughes said it best:

We were all misty eyed on the train and in the airport. We arrived with plenty of time before our flight, so we ate lunch, walked around, and socialized. I took a stroll and hit as many Pokéstops in the airport as I could while catching as many Pokemon as I could.

Our flight was a little delayed getting off the ground. We were waiting on some baggage that hadn't made it on the plane. But once we were in the air, it was a pretty quick flight. I got a couple small naps in on the plane, played some Pokemon TCG on the game boy color, and watched a couple movies. We landed about 3 hours before we took off. I went back in time! The international date line is a funny, funny thing...

The customs process was a breeze. I was expecting a much longer line! I got a ride from my mom, who dropped me and my luggage off at my house. My daughter was ambivalent about my return. My cat and son, however, were over the moon. So that was nice to be appreciated like that.

I helped coordinate some cleaning efforts before taking a small nap before making dinner. My son got his homework done while I cooked, and we played some beyblade before putting him to bed. My wife and I cuddled, got some quality time, and then we both went to bed.
