RE: Archery for $3 an hour in Vietnam, not too bad!

Random question since this made me think about it, I know gun laws are strict over there, but are there any private run gun ranges there where you can rent something and shoot it while supervised at the range? Feel like the government there could open one up and make a decent bit of money off tourism from it if not.
