My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2021
Today was a little warmer than yesterday, but the wind blowing outside now lets me know that tomorrow might be a bit cooler.
There was a bit more activity today from cars and human. The slow walker was ahead of me again. I say, that if you are going to walk slow, you don't get to diagonally cut across the street to reduce your walking distance. Walk the crosswalks! I still beat her to the other side.
The jogger I saw yesterday was out again today as was the talk radio guy I hadn't seen in a month. No dog walkers were out, but one might have been earlier and was heading home off in the distance.
There were a few cars, but luckily none came close to running me over at the crosswalks.
I kept my 37 minute time, but added the 5 extra push-ups when I got home. At least I can improve there when I m not making the time go down.
