Happy Monday to you all. Hope you have started a fresh new week.
At present, we are passing a critical time. The countrywide Corona Virus situation is alarming. Today 3099 people were newly affected and the death toll is 39. Today the most talked topic among the people of the country was the death of business tycoon Mr. Babul. He died today after being affected by coronavirus. He had many businesses all over the country. He also runs a TV channel called Jamuna TV. The people are now under fear about their future. Nobody knows when this coronavirus pandemic will end.
In this situation, regular exercise is one of the ways to maintain good health. I am trying to maintain this. In the evening I did my regular jogging. Now, feeling fresh. Overall, I could manage 5K+ steps today.
