My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2020
Hello friends,
Hope you all are well and enjoying your time. Today I woke up bit early in the morning compared to other days. As I had time I went to my rooftop and enjoyed the morning breeze. The habit of early rising is good for health. Although I know it but can’t maintain always. At 7am I got myself ready to go to office. The whole day I was busy doing different work.
In the evening I did less exercise today. With the morning walk and evening jogging I was able to hit more than 6K+ steps today.
