Thomas Tuchel between returning to Germany or venturing into Italy

Thomas Tuchel was sacked, it's not new, of course, and talking about the reasons for the departure will not represent any addition now, so we will not put the German in accounting mode and wait to understand why the Blues management ultimately decided to leave him.

But we are studying and trying to understand where this man is best suited in the light of the drop in the level of many of the big teams in Europe with the start of the current season.

Juventus suffer both, Bayern Munich shows a wobbly level, and there is a sense that Inter will go through a disaster by the end of the season, we have now put only 3 big teams on the table.

With Tuchel on the trainer roster now without work, Allegri, Inzaghi and Nagelsmann are certainly concerned, especially the latter.

A point that may determine Tuchel's future destination

After the German's departure I wrote several reports trying to understand the Blues management's decision to leave Tuchel at the start of the season, thoughts were similar in some things and varied in others, but there is a specific point that attracts attention, because it may be why Thomas is in his rightful place.

Journalist Ryan Kelly tried to list the reasons for the Blues management's dismissal of Tuchel, including the German's preference to be in the training centre with interference in transfer matters occasionally rather than permanently.

Kelly explained that Tuchel was dismayed by his frequent intervention in transfer deals this summer, and would have preferred to be with the players more, which affected his coaching feedback.

Kelly added that the Blues management was waiting for the German to be "more effective", but he felt that those things were confusing and distracting.

Imagine with me that in the age of trainers' obsession with controlling all things, Tuchel came to try to get away from it.

This point is very important because it reflects us man's ideas, he just wants to train, and yes he doesn't mind interfering in deals of course, and we have in the story of his constant refusal to include Cristiano Ronaldo as a good example.

But priority is the actual work within the stadium, leaving deal matters to the sports department and the data and statistics team.

Hello Thomas Tuchel!

As that point is spread and circulated globally, I think the eyes of the officials in Barren Munich have shined, we are talking about a administration that prefers to work with a certain policy through which the club is not in favour of spending big money.

Following Hans Flick's departure from the training of the Bavarian giant, reports were issued to list the reasons, including the incompatibility with sporting director Hassan Saleh Hamidic because of the team's deals.

Then everyone stood with Flick, the man who achieved the hexagon with Bayern Munich and has a very promising future in coaching Europe's big teams, and the fact that the Bavarian giant's management acted with his departure was not successful.

Now, we go back to Tuchel, or the guy who prefers the stadium to the conference room, it's probably the right element in the Munich system, where he has the point that didn't exist at Flick.

The former Blues coach does not wish to interfere significantly in the selection process of new players or study proposals. He considers that there is a certain percentage of his capacity that he can give to management in this regard and does not favour "full intervention", as some would prefer.

Thomas's alignment with Munich management's ideas may precipitate that task, especially as he is German and has trained Borussia Dortmund before and therefore will not suffer from language and coping problems.

The Bayern team also has very good elements at the moment, we are not talking about a catastrophic situation that will try to imagine the whole of it, it will enter the season well and with the upward pace we may find in the Champions League finals again.

Bianconeri or Niratzzuri?

In Italy everyone suffers, with the start of the current season we cannot say that there is a team close to being alone with the top or even continuing to compete from the teams that were nominated for the title before the start of the season.

With Juventus' remarkable decline and Inter's level fluctuating, Tuchel was put forward to be the saviour of the Bianconeri or Nerazzuri from drowning after the big aspirations put in place at the start of the season.

Jeventus has done a strong Mercato, and Inter has really good players, so there is no logic to the level at which the duo appear yet.

But the dilemma here is very big for Tuchel, we're talking about Italy, about language that Thomas is not good at, which might delay his adaptation to the environment and players.

The second important point was the salaries of the trainers, where the Daily Mail report indicated that Tuchel had received 13 million euros a year with Chelsea, and according to Italian reports Allegri's contract with Yufi had reached 9 million euros.

Thus, Financial differences and the problem of language may constitute Tuchel's decision to refuse to take that adventure in Italy.

In any event, we do not forget that Tuchel is sad now because of the departure from Chelsea and he wanted to continue, so we do not rule out that the German decides to stay on a long holiday without work until he has passed that stage, but we are just trying to figure out the most appropriate way for him.
