Barcelona's upward journey with Xavi faces many difficulties in the transfer market

Four in the Real Madrid goal and a clear improvement in the team level in an upward pace for the first time in the season, that was the result of what Xavi did with FC Barcelona after taking charge.

Yes, my friend. Everything the new Spanish artistic director did was summarized in one line, but the details have a lot of things to analyze.

Of course we are not going to talk about the Madrid quartet, because this is the normal situation for clasico encounters when the blaugrana is in its normal state.

But we need to discuss Barcelona's status in terms of the remaining or late names in the team, and we are talking about the "Xavi Project", which no one is aware of yet.

After years of continuing flop with Josep Bartomeu's fundamentally lacking policy, in which the role of La Masia Academy was sidelined, some young names have finally emerged that can be built on.

Laporta is not a man with heavy leadership qualities, but he gives assignments to the owners, and Matteo Alemani so far proves his quality in the team's best names survival file.

On the other side, Xavi has made it clear more than once that he needs to continue Ousmane Dembele, and the latter is procrastinating everyone until he reaches the largest amount he can collect.

In fact Barcelona needs this young man, and the problem is that I would never have imagined that one day I would say that Osman is Barcelona's hope in the years to come.

After his faltering levels and contracts with hospitals, Xavi has turned Dembele into a monster, and this advanced version must be preserved by Barcelona.

Construction starts from the back!

Barcelona have some good names in the middle of the field and offensive line, while the team wants to strengthen its ranks by including Robert Lewandowski or Bernardo Silva in the future, and it seems that attention is not focused on the defensive line.

After days of continuous talk about the inclusion of Andreas Christensen or Cesar Ethbiliokueta, that tone has dropped and everyone is focusing solely on what will happen in the Polish striker's deal.

The problem is that everyone forgets that there is a much deeper problem with goalkeeping, so with Neto's anticipated departure and the deterioration of Ter Stegen's level, only the return from loan Enaki Peña remains in front of Xavi.

Peña may be a very special goalkeeper, which is indeed a fact, but putting him at this level so quickly could put many pressures on him, especially since Barca next season are now required to compete for the league title.

We are in front of a Catalan transfer market. All that is rumoured is talk about annexing some offensive names, and everyone forgets that there are misfortunes happening in the line of defense.

So far, we don't know what Jordi Alba's fate is. Will he be basically relied upon for the one million consecutive season, and we expect him to turn into Marcelo or even Abidal?

The Blaugrana will move into Valencia to annex Luis Jaya, which has been handled by the press in the past.

He witnessed that if Barcelona ventured and used keeper Inaki from within the promising youth group, he still needed to develop elements of his defense, at least wanting to include Ledower's centre-back in play with Gerard Pique, and a left-back.

Don't touch the jewel of the Netherlands!

The fact is that negotiating with Bernardo Silva is very tempting, we are talking about a player who possesses all the characteristics that allow him to play in Barcelona.

Why not as an excellent pupil at Pep Guardiola School which has brought out so many exceptional talents in the world of football.

But the idea that Silva's arrival would be linked to de Jong's departure? The truth is this is absurd, Frenkie is one of the most important pieces currently in Barcelona, so we can talk about leaving some names like Luke de Jong, or Memphis Depay, but the former Ajax Square average is the building stone.

We are talking about a player who is passionate about being in Barcelona, adores the club and tries to make every effort possible for the success of the system.

It is also very appropriate for the ideas that Xavi wants to apply, so I think his sale will take the team a step back, at a time when Barcelona must move forward.

Xavi Project

The truth is when I hear the word "Project Xavi" I laugh for a while, not because Xavi is not qualified for this idea, or because Barcelona is a team that does not approve the projects.

The fact is that Barcelona is a successful project in football, one of the fundamental references for many teams in the world in how to manage the system.

But laughter comes because Laporta "sold the illusion" to Barcelona fans throughout the past, and after long delusions that Messi would stay, Messi was gone.

After widespread news about Xavi going to meet Erlenig Haaland and convince him of the Barcelona project, the transaction was not done because the team did not have the funds.

I realize that Xavi has his own project, and I also realize that he is trying very hard to succeed in this system, but the last years have never been nice for blaugrana fans.

Something that prompts you to constantly doubt what will happen in the future, makes you be careful before you throw words of support at those responsible.

But in the end, it is Xavi who has rekindled the hope of Barcelona's fans, inevitably in a period that has been one of Barcelona's worst of late, but in the latter remains the legend of a club that we never doubt about its adoration of the team and its abilities.

I need Dembele at Chelsea... Before Xavi arrived at Barcelona..I felt the end of Dembele was about to occur...an immediate extinction from the world of football considering his battle with injury and form but the Frenchman as transformed into a footballing giant at Camp Nou...The wonderkid at Dortmund has returned back to what we know him for

Yes, a great transformation for Dembele under the leadership of Xavi, he revived his career, I think so far there is no official offer from Chelsea for the French player

Concerning Jordi Alba, Xavi should consider playing Balde that kid is good, I am sure with Xavi's coaching and support the kid will excel well in the club.
