I meant like this to be able to upload my steps after they've been registered by my watch and to avoid to have to take the phone when running
It's not possible for now. You have to run with holding your phone. The alternative I can suggest is to get an armband and the phone 📱 inside but you don't jog/run below or above the green zone.
I understand correctly that we need to earn the token, swap it for sol and buy a sneaker nft to upload? What are the shoe boxes in the shop for?

I've been testing the app. Was counting steps and time. I stopped it and it says "you're not running". Why? I stopped the app so indeed I was not moving. But nothing has been added to any counter. Is this normal? When credits will be added? Once a day? Instantly?
You have to get a sneaker (an NFT)
I've been playing around with it and reading more. It turns out we've got to buy an NFT (sneakers) of 5,4 SOL (that's even now 480€!!) to be able to try it?...
Dam expensive right! Yeah, that's the floor price for an NFT. Renting feature is coming so people who can not afford an NFT can rent from the market.
