Improve Your Speed 🏃
These exercises are made to improve speed with the ball on and off the pitch. 5 cones are required with 4 cones as Square and One in the middle. Don't expect it to take effect immediately as everything requires consistency i.e. the more you practice it the more you will notice your speed improvement.
