¡Hola!

Hello! Today was my first time running with the Hive Run team in Monagas, and I share with you a little bit of the experience from my point of view.

How I hear about Hive Run

I recently saw a post that specifically talked about Hive Run and it immediately caught my attention. Also, there were several posts where they mentioned that name, and I wanted to know what it was all about and if there was such a group in my location. So, I went to the Discord mentioned in the post and asked. I was kindly attended there, and they passed my phone number to the person who informed me that there was a meeting the next day. I made my arrangements for it, fortunately I only had to take two transports to get to the meeting place.

How the first day went for me

I arrived at 8:00 am at the park entrance, and started asking if any of the people outside were from Hive (they looked at me funny 🤭). So I was waiting, until one of the guys approached me, and it turns out it was inside where everyone was already. There were 4 of us total, and we started.

Honestly, and as I told the guys today, I hadn't run for a couple of years (since high school, if I'm not mistaken), so I got pretty tired at first, but I kept going and the pain in my legs started to go away.

I was running alongside @enovf all morning, so I could get to know her a little bit and also measure how much I had run. She told me that she paused the count when we were walking to rest a bit from jogging. Among the photos you can see one I took on her phone to remember the data. According to the app, we ran 2.52 kilometers in 17:40.

Everyone really did a great job, and I am grateful to have shared with this excellent team. In theory, the resolution of the photos is decent, although I don't know how it will look on a PC, so let me know how the quality is! If it's not good enough, I'll start using

Although I wasn't able to wear the shirt in the suggested color, hopefully next week I'll be able to. 👕
