Since this is my first post in this community, I thought I would share a few things about myself.

I am 21 years old, a Physics student in Patras, and I come from Greece.

As you may notice, I have recently started running (since November 10) check my post in @hiverun community, and I have been skateboarding from a younger age. You can find related content in the @skatehive community.

As the year changed, I set some goals, and one of them was to become more active on the Hive blog. That’s why I decided to start posting in this community.

In this post, you will see my day from yesterday (1/1). It includes my interval running workout as well as various walks around the city where I was staying for a few days during my holidays.

Yes, it is true, obviously everything in moderation and that way we will have a life until we reach old age with health and not with medication.
