En esta ocasión paso por aquí para compartirles unas cuantas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de flexibilidad, la verdad la flexibilidad es uno de mis puntos débiles y una de las metas que me planteé este año es mejorar mi flexibilidad para poder practicar algunas habilidades nuevas que requieren más elasticidad en mis articulaciones, también me gustaría comenzar a entrenar artes marciales por lo cual tener un poco más de flexibilidad me vendría muy bien.

On this occasion I come by to share with you some pictures of my flexibility training, the truth is flexibility is one of my weak points and one of the goals I set this year is to improve my flexibility to be able to practice some new skills that require more elasticity in my joints, I would also like to start training martial arts so having a little more flexibility would be very good for me.
