¡Hola amigos de Actifict y Hive! ¿Cómo están hoy? Espero que estén genial y llenos de energía. Les cuento que hoy ha sido otro día increíble lleno de actividad y ejercicio. Para empezar, tuve que hacer una pequeña caminata hasta llegar al parque donde entreno. El camino estaba bastante mojado por la lluvia, pero eso no me detuvo en absoluto.

Hello Actifict and Hive friends, how are you today? I hope you are great and full of energy. I tell you that today has been another amazing day full of activity and exercise. For starters, I had to take a short walk to get to the park where I train. The path was pretty wet from the rain, but that didn't stop me at all.

Al llegar al parque, empecé con un poco de flexibilidad. ¡Y vaya sorpresa me llevé al ver lo mucho que he mejorado en ese aspecto! Me sentí muy contento y motivado al ver los avances que he logrado. Después de la flexibilidad, me lancé a hacer algunos ejercicios básicos de calistenia: Pull-ups, Dips y Flexiones. Fue un entrenamiento bastante intenso y variado, pero muy gratificante.

When I arrived at the park, I started with a little flexibility, and what a surprise to see how much I have improved in that aspect! I was very happy and motivated to see the progress I've made. After flexibility, I jumped into some basic calisthenics: Pull-ups, Dips and Push-ups. It was a pretty intense and varied workout, but very rewarding.

Hacía tiempo que no realizaba estos ejercicios básicos, por lo que al terminar el entrenamiento me sentía agotado, pero a la vez muy contento por haber dado lo mejor de mí. Disfruté cada segundo de la sesión y sentí cómo mi cuerpo se fortalecía con cada repetición.

It had been a while since I had done these basic exercises, so at the end of the workout I felt exhausted, but at the same time very happy for having given my best. I enjoyed every second of the session and felt my body getting stronger with each repetition.
