My Actifities and daily stuff on January 7 2022

Hello friends of the sun.

I am still struggling with the after effects of the flu. It's gone, but the headaches have remained. I now know where they come from. I am so tense in my head and neck that the tendon ends on my head hurt to the touch. And since there are no good massage services here, at least not for this purpose, I have to massage it away on my own. Maybe in conjunction with lots of stretching and loosening exercises.
Slowly I have to go back to work and not just for one or two hours, but really work, because my life is work and travel.

That working can be fun can be seen on this water seller on the first picture. It is the first truck with underbody lighting that I have seen.

By the way, did you know that gas stations here in the country are generally called "La Bomba"?
Should I be worried?

Hallo Freunde der Sonne.

Ich kämpfe immer noch mit den Nachwirkungen der Grippe. Die ist zwar weg, aber die Kopfschmerzen sind geblieben. Ich weiß jetzt aber , woher diese rühren. Ich bin so verspannt im Kopf und Nackenbereich, dass die Sehnenenden auf meinem Kopf bei Berührung schmerzen. Und da es hier keine guten Massageangebote gibt, jedenfalls nicht für diese Zwecke, muss ich das alleine wegmassieren. Vielleicht in Verbindung mit viel Dehnung und Lockerungsübungen.
So langsam muss ich auch wieder arbeiten und zwar nicht nur ein, zwei Stunden, sondern richtig arbeiten., mein Leben läuft ja unter work and travel.

Die Fotos sind heute nur Schnappschüsse von meinen Spaziergängen.

Das Arbeiten auch Spaß machen kann sieht man an diesem Wasserverkäufer auf dem ersten Bild. Es ist der erste Truck mit Unterbodenbeleuchtung, den ich gesehen habe.

Übrigens , wusstet Ihr, dass Tankstellen hier im Land generell als "La Bomba" bezeichnet werden?
Muss ich mir Sorgen machen?
