I guess the app is broken after all. There are about 40 thousand too many on it.
And that someone has over 700,000 points in a week is probably also unlikely.

I count with Fitbit and the Actifit, have on average a little more than 20,000 a day and Actifit shows me about twice that and also writes it in his daily history. For the post, Actifit does take the Fitbit data but does not change that in its history.
I've asked a couple of times how to solve this, but no response from the developers so far.
If I didn't have two apps running, I probably wouldn't even notice it.

Maybe you know what to do?

Well spotted @dirkzett, I changed my script last week but forgot to update one table which caused this error. I have updated the report above and it should be fine now.
I would like to discuss your other comment (Fitbit vs Actifit count) in more detail. Would it be possible to join our discord server to discuss it in #help or a direct DM to me? Thanks!
