Los Angeles Clippers leads the 18th annual NBA.com GM Survey

Nearly half of NBA general managers favor the Los Angeles Clippers as champions in the 2019-20 season.

According to the 18th annual NBA.com GM Survey, 46% are in favor of the Clippers to take over the Toronto Raptors' throne.

Next came the Milwaukee Bucks with 36% and the Los Angeles Lakers with 11%.

The GM majority chose Kawhi Leonard as the league's best small forward.

This is the first time anyone has received a high vote in the category since 2005.

For the league MVP award, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks by 52%.
