PSC, ensures Pinoy athletes' readiness for the SEA Games

The Philippine Sports Commission makes sure of the readiness of the Philippines for the 30th Southeast Asian Games.

According to PSC chairman William Ramirez, they spent P1 billion to ensure that the national athletes are well trained.

This is despite their annual budget of P300 million.

The PSC increased the daily and meal allowances of coaches and athletes, in addition to renovating and improving the training facilities and living quarters.

Ramirez, chef de mission of Team Philippines, is confident that the athletes will shine at the competition at the SEA Games.
