Physical Activities are Best For Our Good Health

Today's topic is very interesting as we all know that physical activities are very important for all of us. It's been a long time since every human being is busy inside their mobile so people are reducing physical activities now but it's not good at all if we focus on physical activities again it's too much for all of us.

Well, I will tell you about five years ago when I was in my college. But if we look at it now in college, people don't participate as much in such exercise activities.

From childhood we were very fond of playing matches and playing football, so we used to do both these things in our college and there we formed our college cricket team and also formed a football team. This is when I was in my first year in college, we used to have matches with teams from other colleges and it was a great time.

There were five boys and the rest were all college boys. 11 boys who played matches with other teams. So we were winning most of the matches.

And then the team that was won from each other's college, then there was a competition with a team from another city, so once we won this tournament as well and after that we had a match with a team from another city. If so, such things are very good for the health of our life.

As you can see in the first picture, if the whole family continues to exercise in the same way, then the health of a person can be good. If there is no exercise, a person will get many diseases. When we used to play matches in our college days, we remember that we used to fight with each other as friends and all these things were going on during our college days and life was going much better.

If we continue these activities, it is very good for all of us and the way I was telling you, once it happened, we had two friends who were in our team and once in a match.

The two friends had a fight because of not doing the fielding right because when a person loses a match, it is very sad and we were also very sorry for that match because we lost that match because of this misfielding. We were sad for a whole week.

It is a fact that when a person loses a match, it happens a lot, then a person works harder, so our team also did the same. We lost the match due to our own mistakes. Then we had a match against another college team, so we practiced for a whole month, day and night, we worked very hard.

There were only two jobs in our life. All of us friends started practice by becoming good friends with each other and this is where we told each other that now no one will blame any other person, everyone will give their 100 percent then.

But we will be able to win this match then that match we started with another college team then we won that match with good runs which made the players very happy and after that reason.

We also started playing matches with teams from other cities and when we won those matches we were given lots of prizes and some money from our college so that we could get all the expenses of all our matches. They can be fulfilled.

As long as we all friends were with each other in college, we used to play matches like this, we used to play football, but after that, when we all got into our practical life, no one had that much time.

He wanted to play matches with us because everyone's life had become very busy. It happens once in five or six years and there are only one or two friends with whom we meet every day because time is passing very fast and we don't even know, but we have to teach our children that physical activities.

Those that are are very important and interest must be taken in the match and in the foot hole and in all other such games, it keeps health good, time passes well and the human mind is also very good.

If we start telling our children about the importance of all these things from now, then when they are old enough, we should teach them about all these things. The more we focus, the way we are told from childhood that growth is important, then it should also be said that physical activities are also very important for good health.

And then the team that was won from each other's college, then there was a competition with a team from another city, so once we won this tournament as well and after that we had a match with a team from another city. If so, such things are very good for the health of our life.

And if we wake up in the morning and in the evening, it's also very good for our health, for our mind, so this is something we all have to do because if we want to live a good life. In the morning, we will often have to size up. Physical activity is compulsory.

When we get up in the morning and go in the cold air, this thing is very good for our health and all these things doctors keep telling us but we don't follow them. And then when we are older, then we are thinking the same things that we should have followed all these things at that time.

Just as growth is important, so also engaging in physical activities to give us a good health is important too. Even in our busiest time, we should find time to do physical activities for our physical and mental health.
