My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2023 / The first post of 2023

This is my first post of 2023. I meant to post earlier, but I was feeling a bit tired due to an allergy-like cold. This actually might be an allergy. I'm so itchy.
Anyway, I'll share the photos I took on the walk on New year's Day. It was a bit windier than a day ago. I found the flag swaying in the wind as well as in the puddle this time. It's too bad that the vehicle is in the way.

今年初めての投稿です。本当は年明けすぐに投稿したかったのですが鼻のかみすぎで疲れてました、笑　ホント花粉症じゃないかと思うくらい目鼻が痒いです。
さてさて、写真は元旦のお散歩中に撮ったものです。前日より風のある日で、旗が開いていたので、また同じ場所で写真を撮りました。横にある車両が少々邪魔ですが。。。

It was very busy. Many people were taking a stroll along the beach. Some were walking and jogging, and some were on bicycles, in kayaks, and on boats. It's hard to see it, but the annual polar bear swim was taking place on the other side.

この日はビーチ沿いのお散歩コースが人でいっぱいでした。散歩やジョギングをする人、自転車、カヤック、ボート。。。写真では分かりにくいですが対岸では毎年恒例の寒中水泳が行われていました。

I saw some people on this side of the beach taking a dip as well. Burrrrrr🥶

少し歩くと、こちら側のビーチでも泳いでいる人がいました。寒そう。。。🥶

My 2023 started quietly with a bit of a runny nose and cough. Now kids are back to school. I'm back to work. I don't need crazy excitement. I got too much craziness last year. I hope the new year is peaceful and full of positive feelings. Happy new year to you and your loved ones! I hope it brings you many smiles and loves.

私の２０２３年は鼻水と咳をしながら静かに明けました。仕事も次女ちゃんの学校も３日から始まり日本のようなお正月気分は全くありません。昨年はバタバタし過ぎたので今年は穏やかに静かに過ごしたいです。
皆さんの新しい年も平和でありますように。笑顔であふれますように。
