I grew up thinking the best place in the world was wherever I could be alone with a basketball hoop.

This weekend I got to spend a lot of hours shooting by myself. I got to reflect a lot about my life and where I needed to change and what to do better. It was hours well spent. Plus I love shooting hoops.

I will always love to play this game.

Go find something that gives you peace and take some time to yourself.

You know, I have a basketball net on the front of my house and I rarely use it!

When the weather warms/dries up, I am going to make it a habit to just get up and shoot hoops once a day for like 10 minutes and see how that changes my life.
