I couldn't agree with you more. Dogs are God's gift to mankind. That's funny that your neighbor's dog goes for walks with you. Our neighbor's Lab will come out anytime he hears me in the back yard and stick his nose under the fence. I always stop and scratch behind his ears. He likes that.
