2022 Fitness goals.

So me and fitness have a funny relationship. I try real hard to have a good relationship with fitness but it feels really one sided. HA

This year I hope to document my workouts via actifit and follow up with my goals that I have set here on the blog every month.

So here they are.

  1. finish the 75 hard challenge at least once. I have tried this multiple times in my life and have never been able to figure it out. Super hard to find time and stick to all the rules. This is my year.

  2. have a whole month with every day 10k steps. I should say have 30 consecutive days in a row.

  3. Hike Kings peak.

  4. Run a half marathon

If I accomplish these it will be amazing and I think I will see the results that I am looking for. I really do want to change and be more fit but actions speak louder than blogging. Lets go!!
