My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2023

Today was awesome. Got my steps in the morning with a 7 AM workout. I did chest and legs. I had to do to muscle groups because I had to skip Wednesday this week at the gym.

I really would like to do all my workouts in the morning. Just sometimes it’s hard to wake up. I think if I can get to bed early every night, I could find a way to do it early workout in the morning. But when you have kids in a job and stuff, going to go to bed early is impossible sometimes.
