Are we back to the old days! I’m posting to track my steps. I need to get over 10k A day.

I am down 14 lbs in the last month. First 10 is always easy. Now I need to do better when it get harder.

That is impressive progress! Losing 14 lbs in a month is a huge start, and keeping the streak alive two days in a row is the best way to build that momentum back up.

Hitting 10k steps daily will definitely help you push through the plateau as things get tougher.
