Down for the count!

The last few days have been tough. I threw out my back a couple days ago.

How in the world do you pick up something light off the floor and throw your back out!??? It made me so mad. It's rough getting old sometimes. I have been cruising though on the workouts until then. Now it's time to plan out my workouts for when I get feeling better.

I have been doing better at warming up before i work out. I think the older you get the more important that is.

I have adopted a bunch of these as I have started working out more.

When I was just starting out I didn't warm up much because it madame too tired. that's when you know you have gone waaaay too long without being active.

For the next few days while I wait to be able to move again I will be less active online and just trying to heal.

I hope to be back to earning more hive soon though. Peace out
