Lower Back spasms.

It's not that bad all the time but starting yesterday I started with lower back pain and some spasms.

Sometimes in live you just have to sit back and not get too serious. Back pain is rough but my life is pretty good. I have decided to have a good attitude about this back pain episode and try to get through it as fast as I can.

I will lay off the weights and try to just walk a bunch today.

I plan to make it to the sauna and try to lose it up there a bunch.

I will be going through this routine ever morning as well.

I have found their videos to help me in the past.

I am still young even though my back is 104 years old. LOL
