My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2020
Lockdown 2020 has me climbing the stairs, doing some stretches, running in the yard and cutting the grass with a pair of shears. Trying to stay active.
Not allowed to leave home makes it hard but I'm trying. Some lunges. Squats, stretches, quasi-yoga. And legs up for 40 minutes each day to stimulate blood flow.
Let's keep this up!

Not easy but worth staying active and healthy during the lockdown. Our lockdown over here is now extended to end of April

I just got back from the grocery store, so as soon as I get it
All put away, I will most likely take a nap; that as much
Exercise as I am likely to get today ha ha.
