My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2026

대략 10일만에 글을 쓴다. 마음은 있었지만, 집에 돌아오면 나도 모르게 잠들어 있곤 했다. 많이 피곤했다는 것이고... 주말에는 집안일 하고 운동도 하느라 포스팅을 또 잊어 먹는다. 그렇게 며칠이 지나버렸다. 출근길에 이제야 생각이 난 것이다. 생각난 김에 잊어버리지 않고 지금 바로 글을 작성한다. 앞으로는 잊지 말고 매일 운동 일기 작성하자.
